The following are the terms and conditions for the sale of goods, which apply to and govern any contract, which we enter into with you. Please read them carefully. An offer to buy goods is conclusive evidence of your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to buy them subject to these terms and conditions.
  3. We have the right at our discretion not to accept any order. If we do not supply goods for any reason we will not charge you for them and we will refund any money already paid for them. We will not compensate you for any other loss, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods.

    2. We do our best to describe the item most accurate however please note that all information on our website and E-bay shop is provided on an 'as is' basis. We would strongly advise you to contact us if you have any query about the item .No assumption!
  6. Once authorised, refunds are usually processed within 5 working days. Please note in certain circumstances, the refunds process may take up to a maximum of 28 days.
  7. Availability of our website

We aim try to make our website available and runs smoothly but cannot guarantee that our website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and can accept no liability for its unavailability. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of our website and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt any computer system, server, website, router or any other internet connected device.
    2. Orders are usually sent within 1-2 working days but in some cases may take slightly longer. In most of the cases ,technical support is provided free of charge, in the event that there is a problem or you have a query we aim to respond within 24 hours but we cannot guarantee the response time which may be longer in some cases.
  8. Delay or failure by us to exercise any of our rights under these terms and conditions should not be regarded as a waiver of them, nor will any single exercise of such rights preclude any other or further exercise of them.
  9. Health and Safety,
    1. We strongly advise you to consult a laptop repair shop if you are not classified and always keep children and pets away from laptop parts /components.
  10. Warranty,
    1. We offer warranties from 30 days up to 1 year which will be specified on individual listings.
    2. we can extend the warranty period if requested, please contact us for further information.

Please note: we keep rights to supply with replacement(s) or a refund at our convenience.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and appropriate notice will be provided on this site of any such changes

Return policy

  • We strongly advise you to enclose a letter explaining previous correspondence including item number and buyer’s ID as this will help us to process your case faster.
  • Please note: we use item number as a 'return reference' Buyer is responsible with returning cost returning cost are subject to charge (8% of full sell price or £8; figures may vary).
  • Packaging and Postage (P&P) is not refundable as it has already been paid to Royal Mail or a Courier company.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging, as received by buyer.
  • Our items are protected with invisible/visible security marks and serial numbers to prevent frauds.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. It is compulsory to contact seller for any return issues another word RMA Approval.
  • We will not accept the item if no prior contact has been made.
  • Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted with No Exceptions!
  • We strongly advise to contact seller for any enquiries before purchasing the item No Assumptions.
  • We keep the right to charge extra fees for returns caused by buyer’s assumptions or fault.
